I also have my own merchant account for those who dont have a paypal account. I do accept credit cards. I am an honest seller and I am here to stay. The entire market is in a recession and I am trying to hold and still survive and offer low prices.

Hello buyers...you guys are killing me...I know you may not be aware but when you give me a bad mark about shipping prices, it lowers my rating and I have had my search status lowered because of your overall opinion regarding my shipping prices... Even if I lower my shipping prices, you will pay a higher cost for the lace unit...So theres no way around my prices. I will not accept a low bid and still lower my shipping cost. Please understand that shipping charges include the handling which includes hours of packing, printing, driving to post office, standing in line etc... In order to keep up the the large volume, I have an assistant that I employ to assist with this task...So please think about the overall service and if my service was impeccable dont give me low overall scores just because you can. It's not easy selling and trying to please the masses. Some buyers are unreasonable and use feedback as a weapon. You cant provide negative feedback when you purchase from the mall.

I have implemented a return (exchange) policy to provide and option to buying from me. However, there is a 10% restocking fee. So please read the details prior to purchasing.

If you purchase an item you are unhappy with, dont use feedback to hurt seller because you purchasse an item you dont like when you received it. I see too many time where feedback is used as a weapon. We need you to stay in business. If you are unhappy with my shipping prices, dont purchase from me than leave negative feedback. I didnt force you to buy from me so you have an option. This is a business that generates profit and its not easy pleasing buyers. Also when completing your feedback please give all 5's anything less hurts sellers as well. Just be fair and treat us as you would like to be treated. If I dont reply to your email, its because im unable to at that moment. It doesnt mean im ignoring you or i didnt mail your product. Also, please send only one email. Thanks Again

Hello, my prices may be higher than other sellers but my units are heavier density. So, your unit will last long and my units dont shed irregularly...You will have some shedding but it will not shed overnight.
