My ID chautauquan. I am a Chautauquan, that is, a resident of Chautauqua County, NY. Chautauqua County is the westernmost county in NYS. It is nowhere near NYC, in distance or in lifestyle. It is the home of Chautauqua Lake, and the world renowned Chautauqua Institution. I am in the village of Sherman, NY, which is named for Roger Sherman, signer of the Declaration of Independence.

I prefer PayPal, but I'll take money orders, and personal chaecks. Small $$$ amounts, I might ship without waiting to clear...if you don't have beady eyes.

I try to ship within 2 business days of clear payment. However, sometimes I take 4 or 5 days. (Hell is paved with good intentions) If you are in a rush, let me know...I will do my best to honor your request.

Depends on the item. Usually if I take returns, it is limited to a misrepresented item. I DO make mistakes. If I have a replacement for a defective item, I will offer exchange. If it's damaged in transit, you MUST take it up with the POST OFFICE. If you didn't buy insurance, there is nothing I will do. You took the gamble (as I often do myself). All that being said....case by case - if you feel you were wronged, I want to make it right.
