eBay My World: chef-one-2007( 404)

As many of my regulars know I am in fact the Chef's wife. He became too ill after starting this to continue. I am now winding things up, selling off what remains of the stock we have. I had a very bad experience with a dealer which has put me off.

I normally sell china, porcelain and pottery. Some furniture. However, since this bad experience I shall sell the few bits I have left and be giving up. The situation with Ebay is that if you are caring and polite you often get taken for a ride and as they have made it impossible to have any redress as a seller it has become a nightmare. I am always caring, never rude and always make the most effort I can to make sure someone is thrilled with their purchase. As some of the regulars know I had liver surgery last year and this last week have found out I need more. I will wind it down over the coming weeks. Ebay is full of Dealers and dabblers like myself have no place in it anymore. If I know you like something will email to let you know its going on.
