We usually charge only actual postage plus a nominal handling and materials fee. We try to ship within two business days of payment. We take great care in our packing, which sometimes results in slightly higher postage and/or materials costs - but it's better to be safe than sorry! On most items, insurance is optional, but if the buyer does not opt for insurance, we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. ONLY UPS and Express mail offer tracking. Priority Mail and First Class may provide delivery confirmation or proof of shipment, but DO NOT provide tracking. International shipments are subject to local taxes and duties. These are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not falsify information on customs forms. In some cases, customs can hold packages for long periods of time. Please understand that we have no control over this.

We guarantee everything we sell. If there is any problem, please contact us within three days of receipt of the item. If there is a clear and substantial error in the listing, we will offer a full refund including a refund for all shipping costs. If there is no error, items may still be returned (other than those prohibited by law such as swimwear and underwear) but we only refund the cost of the item. All requests for a return must be made within three days of receipt and returned within seven days. All returned items must be returned in the original condition as received. We urge you to pack carefully, acquire the appropriate tracking and insurance, etc.
