My name is Chen and I live in Israel. After several years of creating jewelry with charms and beads, I have to admit that I am a Jewel maker beadaholic but I have no intention of rehabilitating.

currently can accept PayPal only - no exceptions. PayPal is easy to use, and you can use it to pay with all major credit cards.

I ship through Israeli registered mail. (I've already shipped out to various international destinations and haven't lost one yet.) Shipping to the US and most other destinations usually takes 10-14 business days. Shipping to Europe sometimes takes a little less. Items shipped to the United States can be tracked at usps.com once they arrive in the US. Please contact me if you need your tracking number. Other countries - contact me for information. I do everything I can to make sure my jewels arrive safely at their destinations. At no extra cost, items are securely placed in a bag and shipped in a padded envelope.

I guarantee the items I sell are as described. There can be a very small differences on the beads color between what you see here and what is arrived because of picture resolution. I have simple return policy. The item must be returned within: 3 days after getting it. I will refund full money less shipment fees. Buyer pays the returned shipments fees. You must contact me before returning and get approval to do so. Item must be returned undamaged and in original condition.
