I've been either in a call center or an office since I was 16. Now I stay at home doing eBay and a pet rescue.

PayPal only. If you ask me nicely before bidding I might allow another form. ;-)

I now LOVE USPS. I use to be a FedEx person, but when I purchased shipping insurance and a buyer's package & item were damaged and they did not honor it, I was done with them. It was effed up, I sent all my proof of purchase for FedEx and they still denied it and never told me or the buyer why. I've only had 1 USPS claim and that was in 2005 and my buyer was taken care of promptly by the USPS. I do ship UPS because somethings are too big or its cheaper. I will only ship FedEx if you ask, but prefer not to.

I do not take returns. I use to but after people breaking things or trying to do a switch-a-roo on me, I quit doing that. If it was broken during shipping, if Insurance was included or you paid extra for it, then I have no problem helping with that.

If you need to contact me, do it through eBay. I do not like emails outside of eBay, I like to keep it all in the network/system, so if there is any funny business it's tracked. I know I sound paranoid, but I've heard so many stories and have had a few happen to me.... :-/
