I guess on shipping, and try my best to get it as close as possible.

I will return it if I have done something wrong (mislisted it or mis-stated the auction). IF you chose not to have insurance when it was offered and the post office breaks it, then please do not take it out on me...I am speaking to the person who left neutral feedback who REFUSED to have insurance on a porcelain item...go figure.

I would appreciate the opportunity to resolve anything prior to leaving negative feedback. I am honest and caring and want you to be happy. I have a negative feedback b/c the buyer said the item was exceptionally small??? I don't size the stuff, the manufacturer does...i can understand if i mis-stated the size but if the manufacturer puts a size on there, that is how I will list it and should not be retaliated against for that. (I needed to vent a bit) :)
