Chilkoot 101...(James Carder). I am an International Contract Teacher by trade and manager of the Two Worlds Store which is an on-line extension of my wife's tailoring and alteration, pickup and delivery business in Central Oregon.

We sell things on-line related to her business but also products that we think will improve the lives of our customers. Mostly, they are new consumer items that we are familiar with and therefore have some confidence about their quality; like home sewing machines, sewing supplies, earth-friendly (green) products, solar, electronic, home and garden, personal defense, home security, and outdoor items. The business 'Two Worlds' was established three years ago in Central Oregon to serve other businesses in the Bend-Redmond area. On the ground, my wife offers a pickup-and-delivery service and does tailoring and alteration service at home. Recently, we decided to extend her presence to the Internet. Thus, the Two Worlds Store.com was born...

Presently, we only accept payment through Pay Pal. Other methods may be added as we move along.

Since we have had so many inquiries about our products from international customers, we have decided to offer special shipping and handling services to both our international and U.S. customers who can't accept door-to-door FedEx/UPS delivery. For this service, we are charging a token fee of US$5.00 to help defray the cost of handling these orders ourselves. This fee will apply to most of our shipping via USPS or UPS. Most of our suppliers ship to us by FedEx, but will not drop ship directly to our overseas customers, to FPO/APO, or to P.O. Boxes, so we have decided to offer this service ourselves to our 'special needs' customers. We have also decided to offer this service so our overseas customers can have access to products designed and manufactured to be sold to American consumers.

To pre-qualify for a return, simply initiate the return with us (Two Worlds Store) within 4 days of receiving the item by contacting us through eBay's e-mail service. Not all items may qualify for a return; this depends entirely upon the policies of our suppliers. In most cases, unless otherwise stated in the description block of an item's sale page on eBay, returns are most always possible. Please try to keep the item in the original condition as you have received it. A restocking fee on returns is usually required by the suppliers. Most always, suppliers also require that returned items sent back to them be prepaid by the buyer. Some suppliers only grant an exchange for a returned item. Others will return your money, minus a few charges, after a certain number of days... which is entirely up to them. However, if you contact us first within four days of receiving an item you have decided to return, we can generally help you to get the best return possible from the supplier.
