We have just started to launch our ebay business. We founded ourselves January 1, 2008. Our company sells various items like electronics and beauty products. We try and always keep the prices of our products we sell at rock bottom savings for our consumer. Most of the items we sell were brought wholesale. We try and make sure they are new or close to new as possible, or it will not be sold.
Payment policy
PayPal on most items. We will only accept Postal Money Orders, if the auction states so. Please read your auction carefully. Sorry, NO money wires/transfers or COD's. Payment must include shipping and packaging charges. We usually set a flat rate price for the shipping. We include the costs of the packaging to send the item to you, in the invoice.(Example- Shipping is $2.50 for a particular item we listed. Thats $2.00 for shipping and $0.50 for packaging.)
Shipping information
We ship most items Priority Mail/First Class Mail, sometimes with a tracking number, if we feel it is needed. Some of our items will get FREE shipping. Please read your auction to see if your item qualifies. We know time is a top priority to our buyers so we ship all items within 24 hours after auction closes. We DO NOT ship on Sundays. Our anticipated arrival times are as follows: Priority Mail allow 2-3 days,First Class Mail allow 2-5 days, Parcel Post allow 4-8 days. If you do not receive your product by the 5th day, please contact us to check the status of your order. We will usually respond within 24 hours or less.We always will respond in a timely manner. We will email you as soon as we ship your item(s)to let you know when they left our shop.Shipping to confirmed addresses only. At this time we DO NOT ship outside the United States. Combined shipping rules may apply to some items. Please read your listing to see more about this policy.
Return policy
From (No Returns) and all the way up to (30) days, depending on type of item. Please read auction carefully to see what the policy is for that particular item. No Charity and Shipping amounts will be refunded EVER. We reserve the right to make you pay a 15% relist fee. Item(s) is to be returned in original state. After receiving the return item we will issue a refund via PyaPal or Postal Money order. We will always use tracking when sending a Postal Money Order through the mail to insure arrival. After you receive your refund, your case and transaction is considered closed. We cannot have contact with you after this unless you are a buyer. You must contact us first to make sure your item warrants and/or is able to be returned. Once the item is approved we will give you a RMA Number to be put inside your return package. This will insure prompt and rapid refunds. Returns without RMA's will get denied instantly so please contact us via email to get the RMA number.

Please allow 6-24 hours for a response. We back every one of our products with free technical support for life. If you should have a problem, simply email us an explanation of whats happening and we will try to rapidly respond and assist you.Please include item number and the name of the purchaser in your email. If for some reason we cannot assist you, your item stands a chance to be refunded or we will simply let you know why we cannot help you if your item exceeds the return policy for your listing. Please refer to our Return Policy, or the item's listing, to see if that product meets the return guidelines that are specified.
Feedback/Unpaid Items Policy
We know every ebay reputation is built on positive feedback. We strive to give all our customers positive feedback, as long as it is earned. It will be very rare for us to leave negative feedback. The only things that will get you negative feedback are: being very rude and hard to deal with, not paying for an item, item completely not as described, or in some cases, if you leave us negative feedback that is not warranted. We ask that you ,immediately after receiving your item, leave us your feedback. Once we receive yours, we will leave ours. Again, almost 100% of the time we will leave positive!
We consider an Unpaid Item, an item that has not been paid for after (7) seven days of auction closing. If you receive this, we will due 2 things:
1. Leave Negative Feedback.
2. Open an unpaid item dispute via ebay.
Once the dispute is open, it's in your hands of where it goes from there! If you finally pay for your item, we will mutually agree to remove the negative feedback.(^_^)
Charities/Donations
We believe in giving back to the community and making the world better place, a little bit at a time. We can all help fight against various life threatening medical conditions. We can also try and make this world for animals a better place by providing them with food and shelter. Our company will give 10% of all money made, to various charities to help make a better tomorrow. After you pay for an item, we will take 10% of it and put it into a charity pool. At the end of every month we take the pool and donate various amounts to different charities. The main charities we donate to are PETA and Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. We also will donate some of our monthly charity pool to local community charities. If you would like to help out even more by making a larger donation, please contact us by email.
