All our products are stored, packaged and shipped direct from our warehouse in China. We are able to provide such low prices simply because each quality item is not branded. However, you will notice that many of the components used in assembling each product are from well known brand name companies. This way you are not charged higher prices from brand name companies that have to include advertising and marketing dollars into the final price of their products. Once you buy a product, we then ship it directly from our huge warehouse in China to save you even more money!

We currently only accept PayPal payments. Please note that your PayPal account must be 'Verified' or we reserve the right to cancel the transaction. If you reside in the USA, Canada or the UK and have a low eBay feedback score we may ask you to 'Confirm' your PayPal shipping address before we are able to ship your item to you.

We ship worldwide! If PayPal is available in your country then we can ship there. We ship via DHL, FedEx, TNT, EMS, UPS or Hongkong Post. All items are insured and tracked. Sorry but there is currently no choice allowed on this service. For all international shipments, meaning shipping to any country out of China, orders will take approximately 2-4 weeks to completely process, package and ship to your address. In most cases it arrives much sooner we but we have to account for potential delays sometimes caused by customs verifying packages.

Before attempting to return items please contact us first to discuss the issues you are having. In over 90% of cases we are able to sort out the problem by giving technical support without you having to send anything back. If we cannot resolve the issues with your items you can return them for repair or replacement under our 12 month manufacturer's warranty. Please note that shipping charges to send the item back to our warehouse are Not Refundable. However, we will cover all necessary shipping charges required to send the repaired or replacement item back to you.
