I've been cooking excellent food for the past 8 years. I am a graduate of the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago, and was accepted to 2003 culinary team. Then it was off to the Adventurers Club of Chicago, as the Executive Chef and Restaurant Manger creating a menu balanced with Wild Game Fare, Classic French Cuisine and an American Flare for 4 years. Since departing, I am the lead cook at an upscale retirement community of the Southwest Side of Chicago, where great food, great service and satisfaction are the keys to our success.
