I do not ship until payment is received. I usually ship by Priority Mail I hate waiting too, but sometimes it has to be by Parcel Post if I'm offering a half price shipping deal. I used the shipping wizard provided by E bay to set shipping costs, but it became a joke and was always off.. Now I only use the US Mail shipping center and settled on a fair flat shipping rate within the US. I DO NOT USE SHIPPING AS A WAY TO EARN MORE MONEY OFF MY SALES, THAT IS JUST PLAIN WRONG AND OTHER E BAY SELLERS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TO IT, Sorry sore point there. If for some reason I come out ahead by even a dollar in the shipping, I apply it to the next person's item to be shipped that way I can usually ship it Priority without losing profit. So remember, YOU TOO may also reap the benefits of this policy as well

I only make returns if I grossly mis-described the item in question, other than that, please sure of your purchase and PLEASE ask as many questions or pics necessary to be SURE :) I do not refund if the item doesn't fit or you suddenly do not like it :)
