I try to ship within the specified time posted on each listing. Sometimes I get it done sooner, sometimes just an bit later if it takes me longer to find the correct sized box. I do not ship anything out until I am comfortable with the box size, that is is large enough to help ensure an safe delivery to your location.

On the chance that you might be unhappy with an item. Returns will be gladly accepted for exchange only of another item(s) of equal or lesser value or a store credit issued for use towards future purchases. No refunds will be given, exchanges or store credits only. Buyer must return item at own expense. No credits will be given towards any shipping charges that may have or may occur in returning. Buyer must e-mail before mailing any returns back. And buyer must notify the seller of a return the same day you recieved your item. You must select another item of equal or lesser value or use your store credit within 90 days of the original purchases auction or your store credit will expire.

I prefer e-mail only. With a baby it is hard to get to the phone and the phones are so loud they will wake her up when someone calls. I usually answer all e-mails within 24 hours or faster.
