Hi roofrender, Thanks for stopping by! Yes I fish but definitely not as much as I would like. My contracting business means I work a lot of weekends so fishing is limited for me. When I do get out I fish mostly some of the more local streams in our area like springcreek and Irondiquoit which have Browns and rainbows. I some times get up to the Adirondack mountains for a weekend or two for some fishing as well. I use a 5 - weight 7 1/2 ft. Bamboo fly rod that was my father's. I love Bamboo. I don't think I would own any other type. Although there are some excellent graphites out there I just have a personal passion for bamboo. Some day I do want to get to your beautiful country and really fish. I have had some customers who have fished in Scotland and just rave about the fishing that can be had there as well as the scenery itself. Where are some of the streams you fish in your area? Its nice to know about some of them in case I ever do get a chance to go there. Chris
