We use UPS and USPS as our main shippers. Some items available in our store ship directly from the supplier to ensure quality and prompt shipping. Please allow a maximum of 10-12 days for packages to arrive. Some may arrive sooner. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of a cleared payment. Please note: at this time we only ship within the United States.

We will be happy to process a return if our customer is unhappy with their purchase from our store. However, unless there is a problem with the order due to an error on our part, all return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the buyer, and the refund for the sale will be less any and all Ebay and PayPal fees associated with the sale.
