Best OS on the market, Mango is more than the hype
4 of 4 found this helpful Ive used every OS and almost every phone on every carrier. This is my 4th windows phone 7 device, the mango update makes it the best and most fluid OS out there. You will NEVER see signs of slowdown and force closing like android, phone doesn't restart like android, the layout is colorful and easy to use, zune player is the best music service, and Last.fm is free and IMO better than pandora and slacker(wp7 has slacker as well). The app marketplace is the fastest growing currently and all the top name big apps are there. Battery life stomps android even with a 1230mah battery. The phone is just well done, I would say this and the Samsung Focus on AT&T are the 2 best Wpy7 devices out, the Titan and Radar and Focus S are coming soon this year I believe as well.

Fantastic, Usual Blackberry but with Great Web Browsing
1 of 1 found this helpful I've used every phone and OS, I always seem to come back to Blackberry, only reason I ever leave is lack of apps.
The Torch 9850 doesn't solve this issue but the gorgeous display and finally relevant internal hardware, make this phone a winner. It is very snappy and responsive and you get a very solid 5mp camera w/ flash and autofocus, the loudspeaker is very loud with good tone. I love that they kept the trackpad on the phone and I enjoy the physical buttons. The on screen keyboard is a bit cramped and I took off a star for ease of use, it does have a learning curve in portrait mode but landscape is simple. Also, the device feels INCREDIBLE in landscape mode, RIM sculpted the edges of the device to fit this way and it is fantastic. The bold 9900/9930 has more internal space, but that doesn't concern me as I have a 16GB SD card.
RIM did a great job 3rd time around with an all touch device, it wasn't marketed at all only the Bold was which in truth appeals to a small market.
I would recommend this phone for someone that wants security and push email with the best web browsing experience that Blackberry currently offers and will until Blackberry 10 comes out.
