As a new seller, I just have to thank you for your guides. I have been researching designer goods for about a year now and have seen so many fakes it makes me sick! I am aware that even though sellers may try really hard to supply the real thing, even the best can be scammed. I can only hope that the honest ones will take down their listings once they know they are listing fakes and go after these suppliers. Thank you for taking the time to help those of us who are new to the business.

Thank you for your helpful guide. I just experienced my first negative Ebay transaction. My husband and I have used Ebay only occasionally over the past 5-6 years. I guess you can add one more brand to your counterfeit list- Herve Leger. I bought two tops from "teresahilton" and they were both fakes (different sizes sewn into same garment and odd color thread patching wear a tag was removed). I filed the complaint as you described. The seller left me numerous nasty and insulting emails. Finally PayPal returned my money for one of the tops but I decided to keep the other as "proof." I am amazed to see that this seller is still selling the same tops on Ebay. How can I warn more people. I am happy to donate this top to Ebay or anyone else if it means that the seller will be stopped from scamming anymore honest Ebayers. Regards, M.Bene
