I am proud to be a housewife from north-central Arkansas. I have a BS in Landscape Architecture but use it only for my pleasure since I have the privelege of being able to stay home with my family.

I'm new to the eBay selling scene but Love It! I sell my own things (and things that belong to family and friends) that I (they) don't need or want anymore so you get a new item and we get a little of our money back that we originally spent! The more success I have selling on eBay, the more friends are asking me to sell for them. I will always do my best to accurately describe every item and provide as much information and history as possible.

I currently only accept PayPal and expect payment immediately on Buy-It-Now items and within 7 days on Auctions. An Unpaid Item Dispute will be filed at the end of the 7 days. If a buyer makes an effort to communicate with me about any problems, I will gladly work with them to resolve the issue and complete the transaction regardless of the number of days (within reason).

I usually ship via USPS but try to find the best deal possible to keep your cost low. On most listings, I offer a cheaper shipping rate, like media mail or parcel post, along with the Priority Mail rate so you have the choice! I always do my best to ship on the first business day after payment has been received. Also, I do not charge any handling fees.

I try to describe my items as clearly as possible and will gladly answer questions. I hope everyone is satisfied with their purchases from me but on the occasion that someone is not, I will gladly refund the entire selling price, but not shipping charges, upon return receipt of the items in the same condition as I sent them out.
