I don't want to screw anyone on ebay with my gear. I have been run through the ringer in the world of music before, and I will never do that to a customer. if the item does not MECHANICALLY or ELECTRICALLY WORK within 14 days of purchase, I'll refund the item so long as it is returned in the EXACT condition I sent it in. So no buying a pedal, not liking the tone, and then snapping a piece on the inside so that you can return it. On principal, we're going to have an issue with that one, and so will my attorneys. :-))))))) Consider it one of the perks :-P .I don't think many out there would do that, but it's black and white right here. So that said, I will return within 14 days if the item stops working for a legitimate reason. Final legitimacy decision rests SOLELY with my judgment. Purchasing from me agrees to this as a legally binding agreement.
