100% Satisfaction is my goal. I test all my merchandise to the best of my abilities, but if something is found defective - I don't care how large or small. Contact me and I will make it right. My feedback and your happiness are very important to me. I generally will ask you to return the item for a full refund + shipping costs back to me. Please don't use my return policy as an excuse to not read the item description. It is not my fault if you bid too quickly, and end up with an item you do not want. Not only is it very time consuming to me, but it is costly as well.
