I have a background in customer service for over 10 years and hold the customer in the highest regard. I treat customers how I want to be treated - like royalty if possible;) In all seriousness, I strive to make the transaction seamless - from product descriptions, questions, price to delivery and if anything is needed thereafter. Even if you just want to find out about something that I may not have listed yet, feel free to ask! My previous Ebay experience was the summer of 2006 - all of the feedback at that time (which was 100%) has fallen off unfortunately. I hope to receive more feedback this year soon! I accept Paypal, Checks (but must clear first before product is shipped) and Money Orders. Money Order must also clear first, but I believe that takes 1 day. With the checks please remember, it takes about 2-3 days for it to get to me from you, then 7 days to clear at my bank, then I will mail the product to you. Should you need to cancel the check for any reason, I would appreciate it if you notifed me first before sending out the order. I understand things come up in life, and if need be we can work something out. I'm flexible (but don't take advantage of it;).

I primarily ship First Class (with is regular mail service) through United States Parcel Service. Should you need something quicker by all means, just let me know and I'll let you know how much the shipping will be.

All of my products are inspected thoroughly before shipment. If you want to purchase insurance on the product, please feel free to do so. Most of my products are not worth over a hundred dollars (but if they are I would ask for insurance). I will accept a return within 14 days of YOUR receipt (not when I ship it to you, therefore, I allow an extra 3 to 5 days of shipment time to you). If a product comes to you, say 6 days later than it should have, and you still want to send it back let me know and we'll discuss it. I want to insure that all of my customers are happy and satisfied and taken care of to the best of my ability. I'm an avid problem solver as well, just ask, we'll work it out.

I'd prefer contact through Ebay until the item is purchased. After which time, we will be able to correspond through email and finally regular mail. After your product is received, you may still contact me through email should you wish.
