Cities Fashion got its start 15 years ago when a chance meeting occurred in a foreign country with what was to become my future wife. This wonderful person was a graduate of the legendary Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC and working as the Fashion Accessories Buyer at the world famous Bloomingdales Department Store in Manhattan. Her fashion industry experience grew upon arrival in Minneapolis becoming one of the buyers for ShopNBC, the TV home shopping channel. Her two previous bosses had left Bloomingdales to both become Merchandising Managers at QVC and The Home Shopping Network. From ShopNBC she became one of the buyers at Target and then left Target to become a Merchandise Manager for a multi-million dollar internet apparel company. The next phase of this career brought her to one of the industries largest catalog, internet and retail establishments functioning as new product manager. This experience combined with a true passion for fashion was the genesis for Cites Fashion.

PayPal is the preferred method and through PayPal you can use your Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Money Order or Cashiers check would be the next preferred method followed by personal checks for some items with a holding period prior to shipment for the check to clear.

Most items are stocked locally and shipped out within a three to five day time period and oftentimes sooner. On rare occasions if ever an item comes up in a stock-out situation and can not be shipped within a 10 business day time period a full refund, exchange or option to wait will always be granted.

Most items are granted 14 days return privilege for a full refund, exchange or credit to another item. The key to all returns is simply returning the products in the same condition as received taking care to protect both the interior and exterior packaging as well as to include all related hardware, accessories and clothing tags.
