I offer a full refund if the product is not as described, if it is damaged, or if it does not show up at all. I will track all packages and if I have information that it showed up at your front door, I will not give a refund unless it is damaged. I will only refund money after the item has been returned. If the Item was as described, you will pay extra to have it shipped to you again. If the item is as described and you still want a refund, I will only refund the cost of the item, not the shipping. Personal Buyer Policy
I will give ten (10) days after I pay for an item for it to be shipped to me before I contact you about it (Depending on the shipping information). If I do not receive contact by fourteen (14) days I will request seller information and call you to find out what is happening. You will most likely get a neutral rating at this point. After Twenty (20) Days you will receive a negative rating unless I have a good explanation. Explanations will be judged by me to determine their validity etc. Exactly Thirty (30) Days after date of sale If I still have not received my item(s) or received contact I will seek through eBay and/or PayPal to have my money refunded and you WILL receive a Negative Rating - NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
