Exactly as described
Cafe Pasqual's is probably the best restaurant in Santa Fe. The recipes in this book are incredible, easy to prepare and indicative of the restaurant's take on New Mexican cuisine. I loaned my earmarked copy of this book to a friend who hasn't returned it. Not wanting to offend her, I bought another copy because no kitchen library is complete without this book.

The Palm Restaurant CookBook
Wonderful recipes from one of America's best steak houses. The creamed spinach recipe alone is worth the price of admission. Simple, easy to follow recipes, well written, and with easy to find ingredients, this is a classic cookbook and a must have for any serious cook.
