I never leave negative feedback due to retaliation, but this seller was especially aggravating. I purchased an extender for a pandora bracelet which was advertised as sterling. The person who would be wearing this is sensitive to certain metals, and cannot wear anything that is not sterling. Upon requesting a refund, the seller lied to me, accused me of lying instead, and accused me of extorting them for 20 dollars. The copper underneath the plating can be seen in my images. Avoid this seller.

This is 1st email "I want my money refunded immediately, this is plated copper and not sterling silver like the images say. I will be reporting you to ebay for fraud if I don't receive my refund immediately"The image was a Mickey Mouse Rhinestone Bracelet clasp. Hello! You sent me a picture of an item that is not mine. Ebay reads these messages and looks at the pictures. I cannot be blamed for a photo of someone else's listing. I will be happy to give you a refund. Claire
