BEWARE Seller has history of not shipping items as described. This listing was for 4 items. Clearly stated that in title of listing. Picture also showed 4 pcs wording. Shipped only 1 piece. After I contacted him and requested the other 3 items be shipped he did his best to ignore the facts. Finally offered to refund me for the missing items - $5.00. Then he requested I return the one item I did receive at my expense. I was forced to file claim with eBay. Still not resolved to my satisfaction

Finally received refund as promised after I filed claim with eBay and left negative feedback. Seller did allow me to keep the one item he shipped instead of the original 4 as offered. Bottom line - seller admitted his mistake and made an effort to compensate me for the grief he caused. Not a positive experience but not a negative one at end. Neutral feedback would be more appropriate rating at this point.
