With eBay removing their discount specials on free shipping items I will now begin to charge part of the shipping cost. But you will never ever pay more than actual cost. I do not believe in raising my ship rates to offset costs. Due to the USPS new rules for Priority Mail Flat Rate, I can no longer provide that service. Therefore it is more to send items overseas. I apologize for this. It is the onlt way I can protect myself from the loss of items from the post-office.
