Clearlight has earned the reputation as the preferred resource for quality custom fabricated glass and mirror products in North Carolina and the US. We have extensive in-house capabilities so that we can personally meet your needs. We stock a full range of glass in thicknesses up through 3/4 inch thick heavy glass to provide quick turnaround on your requests. If it can be made from glass, chances are we can do it.

Shipping information
We provide local pick up at our factory for no charge, or we can deliver it to you for a small fee ($10-$25) if you live within our distribution area (Piedmont Triad area, Charlotte area, Research Triangle area, Virginia Beach area). If you do not live near any of these areas, we can crate and ship anywhere in the US via UPS or FED-EX for a very reasonable amount.
Return policy
All items rejected by you must be available for inspection at our offices before replacement begins. Any items that have be resold, installed, modified, or otherwise changed by you will be considered accepted and are subject to the full cost of replacement. Returns for any reasons other than poor quality (e.g. scratches or chips) and accuracy (e.g. does not match listing specifications) are not accepted.

Shipping / damage claims
All merchandise is carefully inspected before packaging and is shipped in approved materials when it leaves our shop. All freight damage claims are the responsibility of the consignee. You should note any visible damage to the shipping container on the receiving ticket before signing. You are also protected from concealed damage if a claim is made within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to follow these procedures may result in a denial of the claim by the shipping company and therefore a loss to you.
What we sell on Ebay
We sell our line of decorating items in our Ebay store and our excess in-stock inventory. How does this happen? Sometimes, a customers places an order but never picks it up. Sometimes we do make a mistake such as misreading a dimension. Sometimes things may get a small scratch during handling. Regardless of how it happens, it means that we can sell these items to you at a great savings versus our normal retail prices. Items are always identified as NEW or REPAIRED so that yo can be assured as to the quality of the product you are getting.
