Shipping and Handling times are variable depending on the size and difficulty of the item. Please understand that due to a large volume at times, we may take slightly longer on shipping. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for any fees incurred when returning merchandise to us. Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Items returned after 7 days of purchase will be REPLACED ONLY (If we have additional stock). Items must be returned in original condition sent. All Items returned for refund that are not found to be defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
