Return policy is limited. If item is not in working condition then item is returnable. Funds will be returned once item has been received. Shipping must be paid by buyer and will be refunded once item has been received and deemed in non-working condition. If item is in working condition only the winning bid will be returned minus a 20% fee for processing. Insurance is not required to ship, though it is recommended, as I will not be held responsible for loss or damage once shipped.

I have been a stay at home Dad for the past five years. My wife works outside the home and she likes it that way. And for those of you ladies that are interested; yes, I do cook clean and do laundry, and taxi the kids around. Now that we’ve got that out of the way, I’d like to say a little about eBay since, I assume, that’s why we’re all here. I started on eBay probably like you, just buying a few things, and that went well enough, with no big hassles. This year I finally graduated to selling a few items and that has been an interesting adventure. I’m a part time seller since when the weather gets nice in the spring I spend less and less time on the computer and more time in the garden and sailing. From what I can understand eBay does not cater to part time sellers. When I asked them about starting a store they made it sound like you had to be full time. So I guess I’ll just stay the way I am.

This would be thanks to feebay, opps! Excuse me, I mean eBay. Yes I like eBay but there fees have gotten too high. To sell an item with a gallery picture, a buy it now price, and a PayPal payment it can easily run up to two dollars in fees. The way I and some other eBay sellers get around this is by offering a low starting price, but a higher shipping fee. That is why most of my auctions start at .98 cents and have no gallery picture. By doing this my insertion fee and final value fees are much lower since they are based the amount of the sale. I am very upfront about my shipping fees because they partially reflect the actual cost of the item. I don’t like having to sell this way but until eBay begins to listen to their sellers and give us lower fees it is necessary. Thank you for your understanding and your bidness.
