Nice Collection of Basic Chord Theory and Beyond
One of the Better Basic Chord Books out there for Students. It progresses nicely and covers a great deal from basic open chords to basic bar forms, to more advanced chord forms and theory. The inexperienced could benifit nicely from a teacher in regaurd to the latter chapters. The very inexperienced, or those with issuses of killing notes or not making smooth transtions could benifit right away with some one on one help. This book can teach you a lot, but as with a majority of chord books most won't help you if you simply can't play chords cleanly or move smoothly and in time between the chord changes. For that you need a Teacher and or Method that focuses in on the how-to part of playing chords. Overall a nice method book that is Far Better Than the Run of the Mill and Not all That Helpful Collection of Chord Chart Books (the type that simply scream 1,000 plus chords), or all those Chord books that do nothing more than show you a few shapes/strumming patterns n songs. This book actually teaches you about chords, how to use chords and really is a method book.

Horror Master
A great collection from one of the Alltime great Masters of Horror. A short story collection with a lot of Lovecraftian Influence. Bloch has a way with words and word play, he can be funny yet he can be as dark and dreay as they come. If you've never read Bloch this probably isn't the place to start, a more mainstream best of collection might serve you better. (The Collected Stort Stories of Robert Bloch Vol. I for example) But if you love Bloch, or Lovecraft influnced horror you'll love this.

DON"T TRY THIS AT HOME :)
This type of Study Book should really be used with a Teacher who knows the style. Even though I've actually Seen the Name "You Can Teach Yourself Classical Guitar", you really can't. If your just looking to learn a bit nd have some fun, go for it. If you really want to learn the proper tech and style, you need a qualified teacher. The more experienced player, familar with proper tech can get something from it. The inexpeirenced player will most likely cause themselves more harm than good trying this at home on there own. This is a nice book for those intreseted in the style and tech, but not dedeicated to mastering it. Those who really want to get into this style will be better off with a more serious method aimed at the serious player.
