Clove Smokes began as a vision in 2004, before the tsunami hit Indonesia & Thailand. I thought my dreams might be destroyed, but with the hope in mind to help Sumatra (and other regions), I invested in Djarum products. Chinese, Belgian, & English herbals were just a sideline, as well as Spanish papers, but they soon evolved into the crux of my business.
Payment policy
PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Cashier Check, Money Order, Personal Check, Cash, and pretty much anything short of your first-born child (I prefer dogs over kids, thank you).
Shipping information
I ship SAME DAY AS PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. I PROMISE!! I normally use USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Overnight Mail. If it's bigger than a breadbox, UPS or FedEx Ground.
Return policy
All smoking items are non-returnable. Anything else is negotiable.

Feedback Etiquette
If I buy a product, I immediately leave feedback for the seller upon receiving my package. If I sell an item, I await the buyer's satisfaction (i.e. positive feedback) before leaving feedback in return. PLEASE NOTE: The negative and neutral feedback I have received is due solely to the buyer NOT LIKING THE TASTE of the product. I provide a product people ask for - I never said you will like the way they taste! If you buy a dvd and you don't like the movie, is it fair to give the seller a negative??
Communication
I answer ALL EMAILS. I understand communication is important, especially for new eBayers, and therefore I try to keep buyers informed. Lately I have not had time to let buyers know their item shipped (my apologies), but PLEASE, if you have any questions about your order, don't hesitate to contact me! I will answer you quickly, and provide (in most cases) Delivery Confirmation #, so you never need to worry... ::knock on wood:: ... I haven't lost a package yet! :)
