The seller was extremely helpful, as soon as I made the purchase , he contacted me and offered me FaceTime call in order to give me a demo of the item before dispatching it. He also offered to cancel the purchase and an immediate refund if I wasn't satisfied. I was very happy with the demo, the item was dispatched, it arrived in pristine condition. However, I had to pay an import duty before the console was delivered. It was installed yesterday, my treadmill is now fully functional

Seller reached out to confirm it was received and offered help if any issues. With their instructions, I had zero issues with iFit and I'm off and running!
