I ship USPS, UPS, Fedex, or Freight depending on the item and destination. Occasionally ther is a small handling charge for packing materials, but I try to be very fair and accurate on shipping amounts.

Lets face it, returns are a pain for both parties. I do not offer returns on ANY food item. Essentially I want a happy customer, I will communicate with you and do my best to resolve any situation where an item has been damaged, you have ordered the wrong part and need an exchange or something like that. I changed my mind, or Buyers remorse, and reasons not directly related to the product or and error on my part, are NOT grounds for a refund. I reserve the right to make this determination, however I am always available by phone to verbally discuss any matter with a customer directly.
