I run a Small (Tiny) Business, which mainly entails listing (and hopefully selling) various random things my family brings to me.

Payment policy
Paypal only!

Shipping information
Item will be shipped as soon as it is paid for, by the method specified in the auction listing. (Usually priority)

Return policy
Unless there is some extreme problem, returns are not available. I would advise selling it on eBay, thats what I do.
