I am the creator of the diaper basket (made completely from diapers) although many have tried to copy the idea, they loose in the cost and customer service! I am willing to go the distance when it comes to customer satisfaction - every time!

I make diaper baskets - not just any diaper baskets, but baskets that are made completely from diapers. The diaper cake craze has started, and everyone wants to give that totally special unique gift - unfortunately diaper cakes are no longer it. (I received three at my baby shower - of 15 people) Instead give the real gift everyone will be talking about, the diaper basket - where you can fill it with things that mom truly needs - not just sample packs that come in the typical diaper cake!

We are a small - new comapny - that is eager to please. I like being the small underdog, with something to prove to the E-bay community. I think once your feedback becomes some gross amount, and you are producing - and selling - like crazy that you seem to forget the small personal touches, and become more interested in making money then repeat customers.

All diaper baskets are made to order - I do not like the idea of pre-made baskets/cakes with the thought that there is no way to tell (as a buyer) how long or where someone has stored that basket/cake! The chances of a creepy crawler making its way into the basket/cake is not a chance I am willing to take! I make the basket, wrap it and put it into its shipping packaging all in the same day! Thats our guarantee!

Due to the sensitivity of the items we do not accept returns unless the box that the item arrives in is unopened! To date we have not had a diaper basket returned! 100% satisfied, happy customers! However, in the event that a basket needs to be returned please simply refuse the item at the door, and mark return to sender! Once the basket arrives I will be happy to refund your money (minus shipping costs)
