Shipping is $6.60 within the United States via USPS priority mail Delivery Confirmation. We combine shippings.
International Countries add $25.0 Canada 16.50.
We accept PayPal, cashier's checks, money orders, personal checks, BidPay, wire transfer and International Money Orders.

My name is Jorge Rodriguez and I started JR Colombian Emeralds when I came to America from Colombia 20 years ago. I stay close to my friends and family in Colombia, who also buy emeralds straight from the mines in Colombia for me to sell here.

History/background
I started JR Colombian Emeralds when I came to America from Colombia 20 years ago. About 5 years ago, I got together with my friend James, a jewelry designer and certified gemologist, and decided to open a jewelry store in West Palm Beach, Florida. With the store location, we were able to create unique and custom jewelry using the natural emeralds that we recieve from Colombia. Now, with the small staff of myself, my wife, my friend the jewelry designer and our model-maker, JR Colombian Emeralds continues to grow, especially in the online market. We strive to put our customers first and we know that only by giving excellent deals with quality materials and workmanship, combined with great customer service, can we keep our business growing.
Payment policy
Our prefered payment type is Paypal, but we also accept all forms of credit cards, or you can stop in to our retail store for more options.
Shipping information
We have a flat shipping rate in the US of $6.50 and outside the US of $12.50 for USPS Priority Mail. For USPS Express mail, the rate doubles, or email us to request a different postal service. We are familiar with special shipping instructions, so let us know if you have any particular requests or needs.
Return policy
We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee for up to 7 days after reciept of the item. If you decide within 7 days that you are unhappy with your item, let us know via email of your intention to return the item and ship it back to us at our address below. Once we recieve the item in its original condition, we will issue you a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
