I have a B.S. in Religion and Philosophy and a B.S. in Church Recreation from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. I have a Masters of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary in Princeton, New Jersey. I am the owner of Colporteur Books and a part time youth minister at Capitol Heights United Methodist Church. I am an ordained minister in the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship, currently on loan to the United Methodist Church.
Payment policy
I prefer PayPal for its convenience, but am also happy to accept checks, money orders, VISA, American Express, and Mastercard. I'm also always open to trades, but these should be arranged BEFORE purchase.
Shipping information
I ship using USPS. I generally ship the next business day after payment is received, but occasionally I am out of town on small trips. If I am ever gone for more than 4 or 5 days, I will either make this known to buyers or put my inventory on vacation.
I ship via USPS and use electronic delivery confirmation whenever possible.
Return policy
I am happy to accept returns for descretionary reasons for 3 days after the delivery confirmation date of delivery of your item or for 14 days for items where there is a legitimate claim of negligence on my end or with the USPS.

Q: When do my items ship?
A: Items usually ship on the same or next business day. Occasionally it may be 2 or 3 days, but rarely.
Q:What if an item I wanted ended without a sale?
A:Let us know and we'll repost it in our eBay Store if it is still available.
Q:Do you buy books?
A:Yes, send us a list of what you have, preferably a list of the ISBN's with a return after each one so they appear in one column.
Q:Do you trade?
A:I'm open to trades, but I'm picky.
Q:Can I avoid shipping charges if I pick up my item locally?
A:Yes. Let us know and we'll set up a time to pick up and give you directions.

A:Yes, just call (334-356-4621) us or email us (todd@colporteurbooks.com) to set up an appointment and for directions.
Q:If you don't offer international shipping on a specific item, are you willing to reconsider?
A:Yes, but only with permission. International shipping rates, especially for heavy book lots are VERY expensive.
