I am a stickler about doing what I say I am going to do. So, if I say I'll do something, you can take it to the bank. But, hay, I'm not perfect either. So, if I do mess up, and occasionally do, so my wife says :), I try to fix what I messed up.

I try to be as blazing fast as I can. I am not a lazy shipper, that's for sure. I take other people's Won items seriously. After all, if they didn't want the item quick, why would they have taken their time to bid on it to the point of winning any way?

A fair one for both buyer and seller. Money back for the buyer. But only a 3 day limit for me, the seller. So, I don't have to wonder for a long time after a sale if someone is going send something back or not.
