At the very least when a customer has purchased a lot or a handful of books .. it would be would be courteous if they are shipped in a box and not a standard envelope where they can suffer damage. Book 18 on the bottom left corner was pressed against the edge of the envelope and suffer stressed marks. Specially when $9.75 is being charge for shipping. Thankfully all other books arrived as pictured in the description. Should refund the cost of the book $2.99 or I can ship back at your expense.
