Paypal is our preferred method of payment. However we can process your credit card over the phone or you may pay by Cashiers check or Money order with prior approval.

All Phone orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation. Items usually ship out within 1 business day of recieving cleared payment. Insurance is optional. Items purchased over the weekend may not ship out until tuesday depending on the volume of weekend purchases. Items purchased Friday afternoon will not ship until Monday following the weekend. We recycle shipping materials and boxes.

In the unlikely event you have to return an item please email us at commconnect@yahoo.com including a reason for return. You will then recieve a Return Authorization # (RA#). Return item in original packaging postage paid and we will refund purchase price minus shipping. Returns will not be accepted without RA#. If ever there is a problem with a product we sell please give us a chance to make things right before leaving negative feedback

The 90 day warranty covers The handset in the event of a software or hardware malfunction or defect. Possible malfunctions could be but are not limited to, no sound from speakers, no function or eratic function from keyboard, LCD in and out or not working at all, unit will not power up or hold a charge etc. Any type of Malfunction issue associated with the general functionality of the handset is typically covered under this warranty. This warranty is not insurance and it does not cover loss, theft, Physical damage or liquid damage. Phones returned exhibiting Physical damage from misuse or abuse or any type of liquid damage will be denied. All Warrantied phones will be sent with detailed warranty info and our Customer service Phone number for your convenience in the case of a warranty issue.
