We are a typical American family, selling our items on Ebay to support our income. I only sell things I would be happy to get myself as a buyer. I have a HUGE denim addiction, and often will sell the many pairs I haven't worn in a while to help out.

We have been selling on Ebay for a couple of years, with almost all of our experiences being positive - and all of our feedback reflects that! All of our items come from our home, or a family member or friend. I do not garage sale/resale shop and then resell items. Almost everthing previously owned I sell was purchased new by me in a department store/sporting goods/etc store. I do not buy factory seconds, or outlet items and resale. The only items I sell that may have been purchased previously owned are occassionally jeans - and that's only becuase I have a weakness for denim and am knowledgeable about what to buy. I am extremely particular about what I buy, what my family wears and uses, and even more so about what I sell on Ebay! You can rest assured that what ever I have listed will be in great to excellent condition. I typically do not list items w/ flaws, but if there is one that I feel doesn't detract from the overall usage of the item I will clearly state it on the listing.

I accept Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and PayPal. I do not take personal checks under any circumstances. If you will be mailing your payment, please do so promptly to allow plenty of time for me to receive it, as all payments (regardless of method) are due within 7 calendar days. If you won't have the money to pay for your item within 7 days of auction end, please don't bid on it. Instead, click to Watch Item, and if it doesn't sell I will quickly relist it, giving you another opportunity to purchase it.

I only offer shipping through USPS, as we are rural and there is not a UPS office anywhere near us. I do offer several shipping choices through USPS - but highly recommend the Priority Shipping method. Priority Shipping has always arrived, and arrived promptly, when I've used it. With it, I have had the most success. All shipping prices are based on the weight of the item and your zip code. You can use the shipping calculator prior to bidding to determine your accurate shipping costs. I take great care in packaging my items...even clothing. I feel as though if you are purchasing an item, new or not, you deserve to have that item arrive safely and carefully packaged. As busy as we are, I typically am able to have your item packed and shipped within 24 hours of your cleared payment. I know when I buy on Ebay I am always frustrated with sellers who only ship once or twice a week! This is not how I conduct my business! Please read my feedback for all the positive comments on my speediness!

Because we are such a busy family, I do not offer a return policy. I have been selling for a couple of years now and have offered one in the past, resulting in a lot of frustration and wasted time and money for me. I do care about buyers being satisfied! I ask that you take time to READ the item description, look carefully at all photos, and message me with any and all questions PRIOR to bidding! I check my Ebay several times a day and am usually very responsive to questions. I am also willing to take additional pictures and email them to you if that is neccessary. I can't promise to do that(depending on when you ask in relation to when the auction ends, etc), but I will certainly do everything in my power to get it done! If you receive something you feel I GROSSLY misrepresented, please message me PRIOR to leaving negative feedback. Once negative feedback is left, I can't do anything to accomodate you. If you message first, we can try and find a solution that pleases us both. :)

Several times a year I will list a large amount of Harley-Davidson items. These items come to me from a family member who recently retired as an Authorized Harley-Davidson Dealer. He occasionally decides to clear out excess inventory he has accumulated personally or professionally. Rest assured these items are genuine H-D merchandise - the majority of which is brand new with tags. If an items has been previously owned I will state that clearly in the listing. If you are an H-D fanatic, add me to your favorite sellers so you can receive emails when new items are listed. That way you won't miss the chance to score some great H-D items at UNBELIEVABLE prices!

Feedback is as important to sellers as it is to buyers. And, as I've stated, I do care about you being satisfied! I am more than happy to leave feedback for my buyers, and do so quickly after your feedback is received! If there is a serious problem leading you to want to leave negative feedback, or even neutral feedback for me, please message me first. I'd love to hear what the problem is, and see if there is a way to resolve it first. That being said, a buyer changing his/her mind about a purchase, finding something they would rather buy after bidding, or suggesting someone bid on their behalf without their knowledge is not a sufficient reason for negative feedback. I have clearly stated there is no return policy, and have emplored all buyers to please read the description of the item, look at photos, and ask all questions prior to bidding...and for pete's sake - know who's using your account!
