Three weeks later and no crashes related to memory. The vendor initially posted an image of a different set of RAM, but after having notified them they quickly corrected the issue and uploaded the correct image. They were forthcoming and very polite to deal with, plus the packaging job was pretty nice too. Take your average RAM kit and then wrap it with enough bubble wrap to make it look like a small log. Definitely got my business in the future.
