Motor wired backwards.
I had to cut the wires to the motor, reverse and solder. There is no way to reverse the connector and without doing this the switch will operate backwards. Maybe could have reversed wiring at the switch. Don't know if this problem is an isolated one for 2000 LaSabres but I doubt it. Other than that, it works good. Very good price.
