Concrete Depot, LLC opened its doors in 2003 and is owned by Thomas and Cindy White. We are located in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Our locations include both a retail outlet and a manufacturing facility to accommodate the growing needs of our customers.

Tommy's spare time from His Army Duties consists primarily on research and development of various Decorative Concrete Products to enhance the Concrete Depot product line. With the support of Cindy, and the rest of the Concrete Depot staff, there have been many enhancements to the current, and up and coming product lines.

Today, the operation is run by Cindy along with the help a group of friends and family members to fill the place of Tommy while he is deployed with the United States Army. Obviously, we are very supportive of our U.S. Troops, not only is Tommy deployed, but also deployed is one of the office gal’s husband and son.

Cindy is a hands-on kind of gal and loves getting into the “dirt” of things and oversees the manufacturing of our products. She also enjoys talking with customers and even has been known to go out and help some of the locals with their projects. She has made sure she stays on top of the market trends by attending seminars and once again getting into projects herself to make sure she is knowledgeable in decorative concrete.

Tommy has an extensive background in the construction industry. Being the son of a local builder, Tommy started out early working for his father’s construction company. This experience has played an important role in the development of Concrete Depot and its products. He understands the importance, for both the contractor and property owner, of quality construction products and service. Tommy’s military career occupational specialties include; electrician, construction engineering supervisor and a current title of General Engineering Supervisor.
