My love affair with vintage toys commenced in July 2009 when I came across a My Child Doll on eBay. More than 20 years ago I remember seeing an advertisment on television showing these really cute dolls with button noses. I never received one of these dolls in the 1980's, however the image of them never left my mind. I had been looking for one of these dolls ever since but I had no idea what they were called. It is difficult to describe my elation when I discovered one on eBay! I soon began remembering many other vintage toys that I wanted but never received durring childhood for example, a 'real' Cabbage Patch doll, Rigadoon Puppet, 'real' Barbie doll, ALF, Raggedy Anne and Andy, Pound Puppy and a Rainbow Brite doll to name a few. I love toys so I began collecting these items and restoring them. To recoup funds 80's Toys and More was born and my mission is to make available to adults toys they either never received or had fond memories of durring childhood but no longer have!
