Two years of selling on eBay for friend. I did customer service, adding inventory items, writing descriptions, shipping, invoices, inquiries, IT/computer support, and dispute resolutions. I decided to sell under my own ID, he has recelty moved out of the area. He (with my assistance), has an excellent rating on Amazon.com (98%), eBay (99.8%), as well as half.com, AbeBooks, Alibris. I have worked in Public Relations and marketing for many years before getting tired of the ''9-9'' scene. Customer service is the most important issue.
