Been in either mechanical or electro-mechanical systems nearly all my life. I started out as a GM mechanic, then finished a Machinist apprenticeship, became an area service tech, then wound-up in a field that captured all my hands-on experience: Quality Assurance Engineering--which allowed me to fully comprehend the whole 'womb-to-tomb' in's and out's in Production Manufacturing, auditing/controlling/passing judgement and enforcing improved quality standards. I know how much quality is appreciated from the product itself to how well it's packed and shipped. Communicating with any eBay buyer is very key also. I run a very 'tight ship' when it comes to my eBay ethics!
Payment policy
All forms of plastic are accepted via PayPal. I will also take personal checks, money orders and bank drafts. Nothing is shipped until monies are received.
Shipping information
Prefer cheapest, fastest and most reliable means. I like to use USPS Priority mail whenever possible. Nothing is shipped without tracking numbers--which are immediately communicated to the Buyer once the item ships.
Return policy
100% Peace-of-Mind when it comes to returns, unless noted in Auction. Buyer assumes responsibility of quality repacking and shipping back to me.

PERSONAL STANDARDS OF BUSINESS CONDUCT
Something one doesn't see much of any longer. What I love about eBay is that it allows me to follow my OWN ethical standards, and allow me to be in total control of exactly how each and every transaction is handled. Ever wish eBay Sellers treated you as well as you, the Buyer, treat them? I believe in being extremely expeditious in shipping items at auction close, and packing with complete care. I've met some of the greatest folks on eBay who follow the same business protocols I do -- no reason the whole experience can be a very positive 'win-win' endeavor!
