So far so good!
As i've read in other reviews, there were screws loose and one screw missing and part of the exhaust fan was also broken upon arrival but I was able to jimmy-rig it back together. The mirrors were also very out of alignment. Once it was set up though and the software installed, the product has performed very well. No complaints with how it cuts/engraves. I've only used it on wood and cardboard and it it very exact.
