We take pride in carefully packing your purchase and getting it on its way to you the same day payment is received, or the next day if payment is after 3 PM. Payments received after 3 PM on Fridays are shipped on Monday. We acknowledge shipping and provide tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.

Errors on our part are refunded in full including shipping both ways. Any other refunds are for cost of item only, with no shipping costs included in refund.
